Los servicios que anuncian y los muebles no están actualizados DE ACUERDO A LA REALIDAD DEL INMUEBLE y a pesar del costo es un lugar que lucra con el sufrimiento de las personas. A LAS PERSONAS QUE VIENEN POR PARTE DEL SEGURO SE LES TRATA MUCHO PEOR QUE A LAS QUE PAGAN DE MANERA PRIVADA. A LA GENTE LA AMARRAN CON GRILLETES, LES GRITAN Y SIEMPRE ES EL OFICIAL EN TURNO QUIEN ES MANO DERECHA DEL PSIQUIATRA Y NO LOS PSICÓLOGOS. JAMÁS VES A UN NEURÓLOGO U OTROS PROFESIONALES. SI TIENES PNEUMONIA U OTRA AFLICCIÓN NO TIENEN PERSONAL MEDICO DE VERDAD, YA QUE EL PSIQUIATRA NI ES MÉDICO,, NI ES PSICÓLOGO, NI ES HUMANO.

IF YOU HAVE PNEUMONIA OR ANOTHER AFFLICTION, THEY DO NOT HAVE REAL MEDICAL PERSONNEL, SINCE PSIQUIATRA IS NOT A DOCTOR, NOR IS A PSYCHOLOGIST, NOR HUMAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, un lugar deplorable y desactualizado. Restringen las visitas y las llamadas y los familiares nunca pueden ver las instalaciones donde viven los pacientes (que son un asco). El personal completamente incompetente, no saben tratar desordenes mentales, sólo mantienen encerrados y medicados a los pacientes por igual. No sirve de nada, perjudica en lugar de ayudar a la gente.
Terrible attention, a deplorable and outdated place. They restrict visits and calls and family members can never see the facilities where patients live (they are disgusting). The completely incompetent staff, they don't know how to treat mental disorders, they just keep the patients locked up and medicated equally. It is no use, it hurts instead of helping people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuy un paciente en casa de salud; resumiendo mi experiencia en ese lugar la califico como exelente ya que con las terapias en grupo aprendí mucho además todo el personal del lugar es muy amable.
I was a patient in the health home; In summing up my experience in that place, I qualify it as excellent since with the group therapies I learned a lot, and all the staff at the place are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuy un paciente he ingresé por intento suicida, pero este lugar y sus psicólogos y psiquiatras me ayudaron a reencontrar mi rumbo y recordar lo valioso que es vivir , las malas reseñas no se acercan en lo absoluto a la buena atención que recibí por parte de enfermeria y todo el personal y por si no fuera poco las instalaciones están hermosas.
I was a patient and I was admitted for a suicide attempt, but this place and its psychologists and psychiatrists helped me find my way and remember how valuable it is to live, the bad reviews are not at all close to the good care I received from the nursing staff and all the staff and if that weren't enough the facilities are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio al cliente. Contestaron con una actitud pésima dando por entendido que ellos son “una institución privada” y le falto agregar “se oye que usted no puede pagar”. El tono lo dijo todo. Seguimos haciendo preguntas y de repente dice “llame mañana”. También cambió los precios. Primero dijo $800 de valoración y después sale con $820.
Y por qué no- aquí está la información que pudimos recibir: depósito es de $14,000, la estancia es de $14,000 cada 15 días (o $28,000 al mes) más medicamento y análisis. Ah, y no nos pudo decir nada sobre el término del tratamiento por qué “no conocemos al paciente”.... algo completamente obvio, nosotros buscábamos una idea, información, cómo funciona, etc etc. Que mujer tan arrogante. Si así tratan a las personas que llaman para pedir información, no me imagino como tratan a los pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve internada y considero que el trato de las enfermeras (excepto una o dos) y algunas psiquiatras fue malo, no son empáticas y realizan comentarios y gestos ofensivos en tu presencia e incluso son groseros con los familiares. La calidad de la comida es muy mala y siempre es muy grasosa. Se quedaron con varias de mis cosas cuando salí incluyendo ropa, cigarros y paquetes de cubrebocas. Y encima si eres particular los costos son excesivamente altos, nada que ver la relación calidad-precio.
Lo único que vale la pena es el apoyo psicoterapéutico. Las psicólogas son amables y dan terapias grupales que sí son de gran ayuda. Pero si puedes elegir definitivamente no recomendaría este lugar.
I was hospitalized and I consider that the treatment of the nurses (except one or two) and some psychiatrists was bad, they are not empathetic and make offensive comments and gestures in your presence and are even rude to relatives. The quality of the food is very poor and it is always very greasy. They kept several of my things when I left, including clothes, cigarettes, and packages of face masks. And on top of that, if you are particular, the costs are excessively high, nothing to do with the value for money.
The only thing worthwhile is psychotherapeutic support. The psychologists are kind and give group therapies that are very helpful. But if you can choose I would definitely not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 8 días de estancia mi familiar tuvo UNA sola consulta psiquiátrica. Y UNA terapia. Para que pagar 20 mil? que fue lo que me cobraron. Trato terrible, la doctora muy ignorante de los casos. Ni sabe que toman ni como van. CERO EMPATIA, CERO INTERÉS, CERO TRATO AMABLE es solo un vil negocio en el cual lo que menos les importa es la salud mental.. Pobres internos y pobres familiares que como yo hacemos un GRAN esfuerzo con la intención de ayudar a nuestro familiar. Pusieron a mi hija con depresión a dormir con 3 internas que gritaban toda la noche y que usaban pañal, algunas amarradas!!! En serio creen que eso ayude?? Voy a demandar.. Estoy furiosa.
In 8 days of stay my relative had only ONE psychiatric consultation. AND A therapy. Why pay 20 thousand? which was what they charged me. Terrible treatment, the doctor very ignorant of the cases. He doesn't know what they take or how they go. ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO INTEREST, ZERO KIND TREATMENT is just a vile business in which the least important thing is mental health. Poor inmates and poor relatives who, like me, make a GREAT effort with the intention of helping our relative. They put my depressed daughter to sleep with 3 inmates who screamed all night and wore diapers, some tied up!!! Do you really think that helps? I'm going to sue... I'm furious.
