★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, a pesar de tanta gente muy bien surtido..lo único que le. Cmbiaria es que le pongan precios a los productos.. eso lo dice la Profeco los precios deben de estar a la vista.. es un dolor de cabeza sobretodo en la sucursal de Cholul.. tienes que hacer una cola muy larga a veces solo para cotizar precios.. NADA tiene precio tienes que pasar al mostrador.. terrible..!!
 Excellent attention, despite so many people very well stocked... the only thing that you. The change is that they put prices on the products... that's what Profeco says, the prices must be visible... it's a headache, especially at the Cholul branch... you have to stand in a very long queue sometimes just to quote prices... NOTHING has a price you have to go to the counter... terrible...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la tienda de Bosch. Te atienden con una mala gana. Y te niegan la mercancía. Con tal de no moverse de su zona de confort. Es una lástima que no atiendan como se debe de ser. Sin importar si es crédito. O de contado. Pero eso los dueños no lo ven.
In the Bosch store. They treat you reluctantly. And they deny you the merchandise. As long as you don't move out of your comfort zone. It is a pity that they do not serve as it should be. Regardless of whether it's credit. Or cash. But the owners do not see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca tienen lo que busco o no lo quieren buscar, precios más elevados en comparación con la competencia, el personal muy grosero y te ignoran cuando solicitas ayuda. Esto es lo mismo en este edificio y me refiero a que también en la parte de herrajes, ferretería y plomeria. De las veces que he acudido aquí jamás he podido comprar nada , por las mismas situaciones, les urge un poco más de actitud de servicio. Actualmente prefiero comprar en cualquier otro lugar que en esta sucursal , de plano mejor ya ni acudo a estás tiendas , definitivamente Fernández no es recomendable
Terrible service, they never have what I'm looking for or they don't want to look for it, higher prices compared to the competition, very rude staff and they ignore you when you ask for help. This is the same in this building and I mean that also in the part of hardware, hardware and plumbing. Of the times that I have come here I have never been able to buy anything, due to the same situations, they need a little more service attitude. Currently I prefer to buy in any other place than in this branch, it is better not to go to these stores anymore, Fernández is definitely not recommended

Disgusting the treatment they give to customers. (Second time I come) They want you to take a picture of everything with your cell phone, they don't give you the slightest guidance !!!!!! How awful!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the main store and the Illumination store across the street. This is my first time in these stores, but it won't be my last. Great selection, unbelievable prices and I found the personnel at both locations to be extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.
