★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima ejecución, tienes tu que andar buscandolos para ver si te van a atender. Ellos no te notifican nada, tienen buen soporte en la pagina por medio de su chat pero hasta ahi. El soporte solo es avisarte que esta mal pero no hacen nada para prevenirlo y para hacerte más sencillo el proceso. Dejan la responsabilidad a ti de andar investigando si van a mandar a alguien o no.
Terrible execution, you have to go looking for them to see if they will attend to you. They do not notify you of anything, they have good support on the page through their chat but that's it. The support is only to warn you that it is wrong but they do nothing to prevent it and to make the process easier for you. They leave the responsibility to you to investigate whether they are going to send someone or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité un servicio y me mandaron confirmación y me cobraron. Pero me decía el correo que enviarían otro con los datos y no llegaba.
Se hizo hora de la cita y nadie se había comunicado conmigo así que escribí en la app y sólo me dijeron “No cubrimos tu zona” (siendo que vivo a unas cuadras de su oficina).
No me dieron ni una disculpa y me dijeron que no me habían cobrado, sólo era una pre autorización.
Aún no sé si me regresarán de verdad el dinero, pero lo molesto en realidad es ajustar el día para recibir a la persona de limpieza y que no te avisen siquiera que no vendrá. Cuando en su app y el correo aparece confirmado todo.
Arreglen su servicio de confirmación. Si no cubren GDL dejen de promocionarlo para no perder el tiempo.
I requested a service and they sent me confirmation and charged me. But the email told me that they would send another with the data and it did not arrive.
The appointment time was made and no one had contacted me so I wrote in the app and they only told me "We don't cover your area" (since I live a few blocks from their office).
They didn't even give me an apology and they told me they hadn't charged me, it was just a pre-authorization.
I still don't know if they will really return the money to me, but the really annoying thing is adjusting the day to receive the cleaning person and not even letting you know that he will not come. When everything is confirmed in your app and the email appears.
Arrange your confirmation service. If they don't cover GDL, stop promoting it so as not to waste time.
