Me dieron la información y al acercarme al lugar y llamar para que me orientaran porque desconozco las calles me dicen que ya está cerrado pero que en 10 minutos llegaban (faltaban 20 min para que cerraran según el horario que me dieron).
Al volver a marcar y decir que por favor me dijeran donde es pues según la indicación que me habían dado no correspondía a los datos que me proporcionaban me dice una señora que ya no abrirá y que regrese el lunes (ya que era sábado) y me cuelga.
Vuelvo a llamar para que me explique bien dónde es pues no coincide con lo que veo con lo que estoy viendo junto al “Elektra” que me menciona y me contesta un chamaco, le pido la referencia, me pasa a una chica que me vuelve a preguntar que qué quiero, le explico y después de 10 segundos comienza a reírse y determine colgar.
Pésima atención y mucho peor que traten así a un cliente que es un paciente que está buscando un medicamento que no es fácil encontrar en la población en la que radica.
Si fuese un medicamento alopático pues es más fácil tener opciones pero con homeopatía no lo es y menos si uno no radica en un lugar del tamaño de Cuernavaca sino más pequeño.
Que pena que traten así y más pues se que en la Homeopatia tratan las emociones.
Lastima que no sean congruentes al menos las personas que me atendieron que espero solo sean empleados reemplazables pues si ellos son los dueños y médicos pues está mucho peor.

Terrible attention and much worse than treating a client that is a patient who is looking for a drug that is not easy to find in the population in which he resides.
If it were an allopathic medicine, it is easier to have options but with homeopathy it is not and less if one does not reside in a place the size of Cuernavaca but smaller.
What a shame they treat like this and more because I know that in Homeopathy they treat emotions.
It is a pity that at least the people who attended me are not congruent, which I hope are only replaceable employees, because if they are the owners and doctors, it is much worse.
