★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es cierto que son amables, atentos y tienen integración de servicios muy bueno. Sin embargo deben mejorar en:
1) ENTENDER DISEÑO DEL CLIENTE: las ideas que damos de nuestro diseño no son bien seguidas, lo que manda a juntas muy seguidas para clarificar algo que ya se había hablado y ver cosas fuera de lugar. Esto también complica los planos complementarios.
2) COMPATIBILIDAD DE LA INFORMACIÓN: se comparte DWG generado en ArchiCAD, lo que hace difícil abrir o demostrar la información con el banco; asegúrense que se genere el DWG en AutoCAD.
3) PRESUPUESTO: Como recomendación no limiten su proyecto a un presupuesto, terminenlo conforme sus deseos. Aunque la cotización que experimentamos en H&L fue alta y dividida en fases que tienen un costo elevado, siempre coticen con 3 entidades más. Se puede obtener un costo y materiales decentes de buena calidad + un proyecto completo. OJO: aquí pudieran perder el retorno del costo del proyecto en su obra al cambiar de "proveedor"
4) DETALLES: Verifiquen los planos completos y no hagan caso al render del proyecto ya que hay detalles que no se aprecian y se puede tener una mala idea de cómo terminará el proyecto.
It is true that they are friendly, attentive and have very good service integration. However, they should improve on:
1) UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER DESIGN: the ideas we give of our design are not well followed, which sends meetings very often to clarify something that has already been spoken and see things out of place. This also complicates the complementary planes.
2) INFORMATION COMPATIBILITY: DWG generated in ArchiCAD is shared, which makes it difficult to open or demonstrate the information with the bank; make sure the DWG is generated in AutoCAD.
3) BUDGET: As a recommendation do not limit your project to a budget, finish it according to your wishes. Although the price we experience in H&L was high and divided into phases that have a high cost, they always quote with 3 more entities. You can get a decent cost and good quality materials + a complete project. EYE: here you could lose the return on the cost of the project in your work by changing "supplier"
4) DETAILS: Verify the complete plans and ignore the render of the project as there are details that are not appreciated and you can have a bad idea of how the project will end.
