★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, the rooms are good size and amenities are very useful. The things they could improve are: The amount of staff at the reception desk, also there should be someone in the parking lot to help you with luggage or at least to tell you how to get to the main entrance, the day I arrived I enter through the back door.

Even though is a nice location the service is not a the levels you would expect at a Homewood Suites elsewhere.
Staff is not friendly and their maintenance is not up to par. A couple of examples:
* They have a mall a mile away. They have a van that could take you there or pick you up since the restaurant choices within walking distance are very limited. The front desk would not help you
* You come to the gym and they have no water available
* You would expect to have an iron in your room and none is there
Big improvements are needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with 2 of my bridesmaids the night before my wedding there and the next day I spent the night with my husband. We came back and the room was decorated with roses and a bottle of Prosecco. This was so kind. They helped a lot and carried our bags to the room. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The breakfast was really taste and I loved the mix between Mexican and international food. Thank you so much :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially Fernando Sanchez, the chef at the breakfast. He is very nice and flexible to support in special requests. I appreciated his attitude so much.
Various breakfast, clean rooms.
Maybe the kitchenette could be more equipped in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really outdated, very poor maintenance, stains on walls, broken doors, several items missing , couch uncomfortable, the TV barely worked. The breakfast was good. Overall very overpriced and far from an hilton quality.
