Los únicos conformes fueron los compradores que se beneficiaron de un esta venta a muy buen precio y los agentes inmobiliarios que recibieron una buena comisión de 7% Desde el principio de la venta de mi departamento, nunca se nos dijo que estábamos tratando con Horacio , un agente inmobiliario sin ninguna experiencia, muy amable (hasta el momento en que se le mencionaba sus errores.) Pagamos por alguien que solo enviaba y recibía mensajes, no era capaz de leer una escritura porque tenia la letra chiquita y yo tenia que leer todo el documento para buscar errores. Ademas que demostró un total desconocimiento del tiempo de escrituración y tiempos de cierre. Tuvimos que entregar la posesión antes de la firma de escrituras, con amenazas de aceptar sus condiciones o tener que pagar multas por no cumplir con el contrato de venta. Y para terminar con esta pesadilla, la abogada que contratan para el cierre, nos hace una transferencia USD en lugar de pesos, en consecuencia se nos pago a un tipo de cambio muy desfavorable del banco y por tanto , perdi dinero, que a nadie le importo, ni se responsabilizo. Y nuestro agente inmobiliario, termina diciendo: «  sorry for this, it hasnt been a pleasant experience from my side either. »,total falta de profesionalismo. Es la peor experiencia de ventas que he vivido, donde nunca fuimos aconsejados adecuadamente, y sin ningún rigor en el proceso de venta.

Tienen excelentes ubicaciones y desarrollos en Vallarta, están muy bien pensados porque los costos de mantenimiento son muy bajos. Les recomiendo que revisen las opciones de preventa, que se recupera rápido la inversión. En la foto es el desarrollo de Porto Santo
