★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en el segundo mes de renta y ya tuve un retraso de al menos un día y sin respuesta por parte de homie. Se supone que cobran la administración porque ellos se comprometen a pagar puntual y no es así. Otra cosa tiene una rotación increíble de ejecutivos, nunca puedo dar continuidad con la misma persona y creo es estrategia para echar la pelotilla y no asumir responsabilidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi primer experiencia con HOMIE y 100% satisfecho, lo mejor es no requerir depósito ni fiador, me respalda mi propio historial crediticio y capacidad de pago, lo cual es excelente ya que un fiador muchas veces es casi imposible de conseguir. Marco Romero ha sido el asistente que me ha acompañado durante el proceso y ha sido muy amable y profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 1 año rentando con ellos, pago puntual mi renta y en 2 meses no me han podido solucionar una problema que tengo con el calentador de paso. No se si no han podido hablar con el dueño o éste no quiere hacerse responsable del vicio oculto, como están incumpliendo, les pedí que me rescindieran el contrato y sigo sin obtener respuesta, creo que bloquearon mi numero, porque marqué de otro y si me contestaron, pero me dejaron en espera. Les marcas y tardan hasta 1 hora en responderte la llamada. Pésima experiencia! No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, seguimiento y compromiso de Homie. Las líneas nunca las contestan y te dan largas para solucionar algo como el pago de tu renta.
Cero profesionales, al publicar todo perfecto pero cuando se renta NADIE se hace responsable.
Desde que les di mis llaves, el servicio careció de profesional. Pido hablar con alguien responsable y me dicen que lo van a validar, como siempre no solucionan nada, solo dejan más problemas con los inquilinos.
Terrible attention, follow-up and commitment from Homie. The lines are never answered and they give you long to solve something like paying your rent.
Zero professionals, when publishing everything perfect but when renting NOBODY is responsible.
Since I gave them my keys, the service was unprofessional. I ask to speak with someone responsible and they tell me that they will validate it, as they always do not solve anything, they only leave more problems with the tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a horrible experience. They tried to automate all of there responses but they don’t work at all. They never respond and then sent me an email to confirm my appointment only to follow up with an automated message 10 minutes later saying it was canceled. They explained that they couldn’t get in touch with me despite emailing me and WhatsApping me that day.

Other than that the attention was great, Sebastian helped me with all of my questions and was very attentive of my needs and messages.
