They recommended us to a specialist who attends that clinic, impossible to communicate on any of the 2 telephone numbers that are published, they insisted a lot and we got 0 response... fatal customer service, we go for other options ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que nos ocurre, que venimos a consulta y supuestamente nos estuvieron marcando para confirmar la cita, llegamos al lugar y el doctor Omar Sánchez no se encuentra, la vez pasada dejé TRES número en caso de que ocurriera lo mismo y la recepcionista dice que "se nos insistió" ¿Cuántos minutos? ¿5 minutos? Nuestro tiempo es tan valioso como el de los doctores y me parece una grosería que no se tomen la molestia de INTENTAR comunicarse con sus pacientes/clientes, le comenté a la recepcionista que si me podían enviar un correo y me dijo QUE NO ¿Qué tan difícil puede ser? Deficiente servicio y no cobran 3 pesos. Que desagradable experiencia.
Por mi parte regresaré a consulta con el Doctor Gregorio Cruz Valencia (Fue el director del Pisquiatrico) , excelente ser humano, realmente te pone atención, no está frente a una computadora como el doctor Omar Sánchez, la verdad que lastima, cuando estuve en la clínica de rehabilitación Casa Manantial, me estuvo viendo el doctor Omar y el medicamento y el lugar me hicieron muy bien para mí trastorno (trastorno bipolar) y adicciones. Ahora que tomo Quetiapina y Lamotrigina me siento muy bien, pero la calidad del servicio de esta clínica deja mucho que desear, sin importar lo bonito que esté el lugar.
Espero que sí usted que Lee esto, esté buscando un lugar para tratar su trastorno o para algún ser querido, primero busque referencias sobre el trato de los doctores, por qué medicamento todos te recetan.
Les deseo lo mejor, tengo 10 años viviendo con este diagnóstico, vivir con una enfermedad mental es desgastante para los enfermos y los seres queridos, vivir con el estigma y discriminación hace todo el proceso aún más doloroso, es tarea de todos nosotros hablar sobre la salud mental, pues somos todos parte de esta sociedad y si hay individuos sanos también la sociedad lo estará.

For my part, I will return to consult with Dr. Gregorio Cruz Valencia (He was the director of the psychiatric hospital), an excellent human being, he really pays attention to you, he is not in front of a computer like Dr. Omar Sánchez, the truth is that it hurts, when I was in the Casa Manantial rehabilitation clinic, Dr. Omar was seeing me and the medicine and the place did me very well for my disorder (bipolar disorder) and addictions. Now that I take Quetiapine and Lamotrigine I feel very well, but the quality of service at this clinic leaves a lot to be desired, no matter how nice the place is.
I hope that if you are reading this and are looking for a place to treat your disorder or for a loved one, first look for references on how doctors treat you, what medicine everyone prescribes you for.
