★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salgo del servicio y al manejar de frente al sol noto que mi parabrisas está quebrado, me regreso de inmediato y le pregunto a la muchacha que me atendió que si que sucedió, aún con mi comprobante de la revisión previa del carro con los vidrios intactos me informa que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad para ver si yo lo lleve quebrado y que me hablará más tarde para informarme, la llamada nunca llega por lo que hablo por teléfono para que el gerente de servicio me informe de lo sucedido, este dice que Rosy anda fuera pero que se comunicará conmigo tan pronto como sea posible, el tiempo pasó y decidí dejar de ser una clienta de Honda, este mismo servicio de casi 7,000 pesos y quebrada de vidrio incluida, en otros lugares me sale menos de 3,000 y el carro funciona de maravilla como siempre. En mi humilde opinión, tan pronto como no sea obligatorio por garantía, busquen un lugar mejor que éste.

In my humble opinion, as soon as it is not mandatory by guarantee, look for a better place than this one.
