★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tuve una buen experiencia, te vendieron a fuerza la garantía extendida, el servicio de mantenimiento es malo ya que me rayaron todos los rines y apesar de hacer una recomendación y que tuvieron mas cuidado les vale. Te llaman para control de calidad pero no resuelven lada y termina siendo lo mismo. El seguro no te dan oportunidad de cambiar a palabras de la encargada que si lo cambio no le toca su comisión.
Después de un tiempo te tratan mal.
I did not have a good experience, they sold you the extended warranty by force, the maintenance service is bad since they scratched all the wheels and despite making a recommendation and they were more careful, they are worth it. They call you for quality control but they don't solve the problem and it ends up being the same. The insurance does not give you the opportunity to change to the words of the manager that if I change it, it will not touch your commission.
After a while they treat you badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, para nada recomendable. Tardaron 2 semanas en entregar un seminuevo y el día de la entrega se tardaron 3 horas!!! a pesar de que se tenía una previa cita. Cero recomendable, busquen otro lugar.
AWFUL SERVICE, not recommended at all. It took 2 weeks to deliver a preowned and the day of delivery it took 3 hours!!! despite having an appointment. Not recommended, find another place.

Lleve mi vehículo al área de ojalateria pensando en recibir un trabajo de calidad, y equivocadamente creí que no había mejor lugar que llevarlo a la agencia....
Pero al ir a recoger mi automóvil , me lo entregaban todo sucio con residuos del trabajo de hojalateria y los asientos llenos de polvo!!
Obviamente no recibí el carro ese día hasta que me lo entregaran como se debe, tuve que esperar otra semana para que eso sucediera, pero únicamente le dieron un "trapaso" a los asientos, opte por recoger el carro ya que tenía 15 días ya en la agencia.
¡¡Me hubieran hecho mejor trabajo en cualquier taller callejero!!
Terrible attention in the service area!!
I took my vehicle to the ojalateria area thinking of receiving a quality job, and I mistakenly believed that there was no better place than to take it to the agency....
But when I went to pick up my car, they gave it to me all dirty with residues from the body shop and the seats full of dust!
Obviously I did not receive the car that day until it was delivered to me as it should be, I had to wait another week for that to happen, but they only gave the seats a "transfer", I chose to pick up the car since it had 15 days in the agency.
They would have done a better job for me in any street workshop!!
