★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi auto lleva más de una semana en reparación por garantía mi HR-V 2018 se inundó por una falla en un empaque, la persona encargada al día de hoy se fue de vacaciones Daniel Martinez sin notificarme nada de mi auto, y decirme mentiras, además, de que nunca me prestaron un auto en todo este tiempo a pesar de venir en la garantía. Que mal tanto esfuerzo que cuesta pagar un auto así y este es el servicio. Después de 3 semanas me lo entregaron sin ninguna explicación y con el tapete sin ensamblar!! =S
 My car has been in repair for more than a week for warranty my HR-V 2018 was flooded by a fault in a package, the person in charge today went on vacation Daniel Martinez without notifying me of my car, and tell me lies, plus , that they never lent me a car in all this time despite coming in the warranty. What a hard effort it is to pay for such a car and this is the service. After 3 weeks they gave it to me without any explanation and with the rug without assembling !! = S

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, no le hacen nada al vehículo y cobran como si te estuvieran dando uno nuevo .
Si tienes que venir por fuerza ven con mucho tiempo por qué las políticas de atención que tienen ( Promesas de Servicio ) pegadas por todo el establecimiento se las pasan por el arco del triunfo y se justifican diciéndote que si les hubieras avisado antes etc etc, (cosas administrativas) Ej: por una factura 55 minutos.
The worst service, they do nothing to the vehicle and charge as if they were giving you a new one.
If you have to come by force, they see with a lot of time why the attention policies that they have (Promises of Service) posted throughout the establishment are passed through the Arc de Triomphe and they are justified by telling you that if you had warned them before etc etc, ( administrative things) Ex: for a bill 55 minutes.

El problema fue que me dieron un presupuesto y a la hora de pagar salió en tres veces más. Yo quite los birlos en casa... Y ellos me cobraron más porque, según ellos los habían quitado... Nunca me pudieron entregar los birlos que ellos quitaron.
