★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en seminuevos. Nadie tiene la capacidad ni tantito profesionalismo, ni siquiera el gerente. A pesar de ya haber liquidado, me entregaron dos semanas tarde. El coche sucio por dentro y por fuera, ni siquiera como medida ante el COVID le dieron una limpieza al coche. Evitense las molestias, no compren aquí.
Terrible service in preowned. No one has the capacity or a bit of professionalism, not even the manager. Despite having already liquidated, they delivered me two weeks late. The car was dirty inside and out, not even as a measure against COVID they gave the car a cleaning. Avoid the inconvenience, do not buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde que llegue a estacionar el auto todos los conos naranjas en los lugares menos en el lugar para personas con discapacidad. De donde salió un guardia ya que estaba abajo , me dice aquí no se puede estacionar . Me tuve que dar la vuelta a la manzana para poder acceder a otro lugar . Entrando pregunté tienen autos híbridos , a lo que la recepcionista me pregunto mi nombre se lo di , le volví a preguntar tiene autos híbridos , a lo que me pregunto es la primera ves que nos visita . Le dije no . Volví a preguntar que si tenía autos HÍBRIDOS , me dice no en esta sucursal no tenemos . Ósea es una grosería . De atención . Pensaba en un honda ya no me interesa hay otras marcas PÉSIMO SERVICIO . Al retirarme me percaté que el guardia estaba platicando con la recepcionista. Van bien perdieron un cliente
Terrible service since you arrive to park the car all the orange cones in the places except the place for people with disabilities. Where did a guard come from since he was downstairs, he tells me you can't park here. I had to go around the block to get to another place.
