★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo llevé para un servicio mayor, la cita y atención del asesor fue excelente, pero estéticamente no me convenció, le quedaron gotas de aceite en diferentes partes del motor, además de que percibo un aroma a gasolina dentro de la cabina que en realidad me desagrado por completo... y la más importante es un rayón en la polvera delantera muy pequeño pero lo noté al instante ?... desconozco si el lavado de motor es adicional al servicio pero en otras ocasiones si se lo han realizado y queda de estética 10. Ojalá pongan más atención a esos pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO con esta agencia, lleve mi carro a mantenimiento a los 10mil 20mil y 30mil y ahora que le tocaba el mtto de los 40mil nos dimos cuenta que nunca le cambiaron los filtros esa suciedad no se genera en 10mil kms.
BE CAREFUL with this agency, I took my car to maintenance at 10,000, 20,000 and 30,000 and now that it was the 40,000 mtto we realized that the filters were never changed, that dirt is not generated in 10,000 kms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo años llevando mi carro a Honda Plaza, anteriormente estaba en San Jerónimo, pero desde que cambiaron a Gonzalitos y ya no esta el personal que usualmente atendía todo fue para abajo. La atención no es la misma y los precios dispararon exageradamente. Tengo un Civic que tiene un error de fábrica y ahora resulta que no aplica la pieza que mencionaron era de por vida y ni siquiera se molestaron en dar más información, solo precios precios precios. Desde 2009 soy cliente pero esta ultima ocasión me decepcionó mucho, ahora tardan demasiado para aun mantenimiento básico y por lo mismo, no se molestan en dar la atención más de lo necesario. Busquen otras opciones.
I have been taking my car to Honda Plaza for years, previously it was in San Jerónimo, but since they changed to Gonzalitos and the staff that usually attended everything has gone downhill. The attention is not the same and the prices skyrocketed. I have a Civic that has a factory fault and now it doesn't apply the part they mentioned was for life and they didn't even bother to give any more info just prices prices prices. I have been a client since 2009 but this last time I was very disappointed, now they take too long for even basic maintenance and for the same reason, they do not bother to give more attention than necessary. Look for other options.
