super mal atención el vendedor ANTONIO BAUTISTA esta persona solo se la pasa mintiendo sobre la ventas de motocicletas sin tener motos en existencia para cubrir sus comisiones y cuando llega el día de te marca y te dice que el pedido se va retrasar 1 mes y que además va subir el precio de la motocicleta al pedir tu rembolso se hace el tonto para no generar el deposito la verdad no recomiendo esta sucursal ya que solo trabajan por su comisiones y no por atender al cliente como los marca sus políticas

Juan and Charlie helped me for hours at no hesitation until the job was done, you guys are the best, muchas gracias amigos! If you need your bike fixed I highly recommend these guys!

I just had my first service on my Honda 750 and my Spanish is weak. However, the staff here was terrific and very helpful. My bike was serviced and ready to ride really quickly. In particular, Hugo, a service member team was very professional and helpful. I returned for a center stand to be placed on my bike. They did a great job.

I wish they had a way to communicate to the public whenever they will be closed. I had searched Facebook and google trying to see if they will be closed for the last mexican holiday and found no indication that they was to be closed that day. Upon my arrival I realized they where closed and I was forced to return another day. On my second trip I needed some parts for my motorcycle and the parts counter had one employee already busy with someone else thus I decided to wait for my turn. Out of nowhere a salesperson cut into the line and demanded to be attended as well as "generous employee discount' to one of his buddies that was going to purchase several items pretending he was an employee. The counterperson requested assistance from coworkers and the 3rd one who finally arrived asked me what is it that I needed. One of the parts that I needed it was available (a plastic emblem for the front of the motorcycle) and I decided I wanted to purchase it. when I received the emblem I realized it was broken so I requested a good one. The employee replied that they only had one and if I wanted it I should pay full price without any discounts even do the part was broken as well as being able to purchase some glue somewhere else and apply this to the part. If I wanted to purchase damaged parts I could go to a second hand dealer if I wanted. I am more than sure that Honda Motorcycle wants to keep their good reputation and they do not distribute damaged parts to their dealers. This store needs to clean their act by first organizing their shelves so no parts gets damaged while on their hands. To summarize: They can keep their parts and their store. I am going to permanently take my business elsewhere.
