El personal de las demás áreas es muy amable, pero el tema de alguna refacción es complicado.
Terrible service in the spare parts area, they hang up calls, or leave you on hold for a long time. There are several occasions in which it happens.
The staff in the other areas is very friendly, but the issue of some spare parts is complicated.
