Te piden respetar el horario tu cita para ingresar tu vehículo pero ellos no respetan la hora para la entrega del vehículo sin importarles si genera algún inconveniente el no entregarte tu vehículo
Pero lo que mas me molesta es que ni siquiera fingen hacer como que les importa el problema que causan al no entregarte tu vehículo
Esperemos hasta el próximo servicio para ver si mejoró la calificación porque por el momento estoy muy molesto
PD: Mucho reconocimiento y diplomas para ventas y ninguno para Atención a Clientes
Terrible attitude of the service area
They ask you to respect the time of your appointment to enter your vehicle but they do not respect the time for the delivery of the vehicle without caring if it generates any inconvenience not giving you your vehicle
But what bothers me the most is that they don't even pretend to care about the problem they cause by not giving you your vehicle
Let's wait until the next service to see if the rating improved because at the moment I am very upset
PS: Much recognition and diplomas for sales and none for Customer Service
