Última vez que voy a esa agencia son un asco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hacen bien su trabajo. entregan los vehículos a medio reparar y no se hacen responsables. Hay mejores agencias que ésta, neta no vayan. Quieren que me comunique cuando no pudieron reparar en sitio. Pum.
They don't do their job well. They deliver the vehicles half-repaired and are not responsible. There are better agencies than this one, net don't go. They want me to contact them when they were unable to repair on site. Boom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que sus precios en el area de servicio son elevadisimos no se si sean refacciones o mano de obra pero una esta fuera de lugar. Haciendo este mismo trabajo por fuera consigues los mismo resultados con ahorros de 20% a 30% dependiendo del trabajo. No me gusta que los asesores y taller sean tan poco objetivos con las prioridades reales de tu auto. Que te vendan un filtro de aire que aumenta tu presupuesto original en mas de 1,200 pesos es un abuso, cuando lo encuentras en maximo 400 pesos y lo mas que tienes que hacer es quitar un seguro en la guantera, reemplazar y volver a ponerlo.
I consider that their prices in the service area are very high, I don't know if they are spare parts or labor, but one is out of place. I don't like that the advisors and workshop are so unobjective with the real priorities of your car. That they sell you an air filter that increases your original budget by more than 1,200 pesos is an abuse, when you find it at a maximum of 400 pesos and the most you have to do is remove a lock in the glove box, replace and put it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vayan a este Honda. El jefe se la pasa interrumpiendo a todos y no permite que nos atiendan bien. Estuvimos cuatro horas con el vendedor tratando de conseguir un auto, y el jefe interrumpiéndolo. El jefe no tiene ninguna vocación de servicio. Deberían despedirlo.
Llegamos a la 1 del sábado y vamos saliendo hasta las 4:20. Pésima organización.

They should have painted the outside of the car, but forgot to close the windows so the inside was painted also, and tried to give me back the car pretending all was ok. another time they stole gasoline, and the last time they stole items and money from the inside of the car. I will never step my foot there again. Sales guy was decent. But 3 bad experiences in a row is not a coincidence.
