Después de una semana de haber solicitado el cristal del lado del piloto, llamé para confirmar si les había llegado (pues no se toman la molestia en hablarle al cliente) para avisarme que se les había traspapelado la orden por lo que tendría que espera una semana más para que llegara y pasado este tiempo tuve que volver a llamar (de nuevo, no le llaman al cliente) y al fin confirmar que ya tenían la pieza; para la instalación tuve que esperar cuatro días mas y de pilón dejar el carro hasta el día siguiente.
Bad attention. After a week of requesting the glass on the pilot's side, I called to confirm if it had arrived (they don't bother talking to the customer) to let me know that their order had been misplaced, so I would have to wait a week. more so that it arrived and after this time I had to call again (again, they do not call the client) and finally confirm that they already had the piece; for the installation I had to wait four more days and to leave the car until the next day.
