★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal en atención a clientes, haces tu cita te la confirman y te atienden 15 minutos una vez que llegaste a tiempo a tu cita, salí exactamente 47 minutos después de la hora de mi cita. Para recogerlo igual o peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la primera y última vez que traje mi camioneta a servicio. Se los comento para que cada quien tome sus providencias:
1. Llegué por mi vehículo y aún no estaba. La vi montada sin llantas cuando se supone que estaba lista. Unos meses después y gracias a una ponchadura, mi talachero descubre que los birlos de una llanta estaban flojos, nunca los apretaron bien.
2. El tipo del servicio de Honda me dice que mi camioneta “comenzaba” con una fuga en cremallera de dirección, que era cara, pero “se podía arreglar por fuera”. Igual, tiempo después descubro que nunca le rellenaron niveles y que no tenía fuga alguna, es decir, me quería aplicar la de “conozco un taller que le puede ayudar”. No traía ni líquido de dirección, ni de frenos, ni anticongelante. ¿También es por la “fuga”? Es una irresponsabilidad y transa.
En todos los años que tengo con Honda, es la primera vez que encuentro un asesor tan malo y una agencia que no cumple a cabalidad lo que se supone distingue a Honda. No regresaré jamás y de eso pueden estar seguros. Tome cada quien sus precauciones.
It was the first and last time I brought my truck to service. I comment on them so that each one can take their steps:
1. I arrived by my vehicle and it was not there yet. Saw it mounted without rims when it was supposed to be ready. A few months later and thanks to a puncture, my talachero discovers that the studs of a tire were loose, they never tightened them well.
2. The Honda service guy tells me that my truck “started” with a steering rack leak, which was expensive, but “could be fixed on the outside”. Anyway, some time later I discover that they never filled in levels and that there was no leak, that is, I wanted to apply the "I know a workshop that can help you." It had no steering fluid, no brake fluid, or antifreeze. Is it also because of the "leak"? It is irresponsible and compromises.
In all the years that I have with Honda, it is the first time that I have found such a bad advisor and an agency that does not fully comply with what is supposed to distinguish Honda. I will never return and of that you can be sure. Everyone take their own precautions.
