★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho tiempo de espera, solo un persona atiende y a la vez deja su lugar de trabajo por ir a otras áreas a verificar pendientes en el momento que tiene clientes y tarda en regresar, para hacer una cotización se lleva más de 30 min ( refacciones) y tienen poco conocimiento de las refacciones, se comprometen a marcarte y darte l información pertinente y jamás lo hacen, vas de nuevo y ni siquiera recuerdan o tienen anotado el compromiso que se hicieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Total descontrol e incapacidad de las personas que laboran ahí. Varias ocasiones familiares, conocidos y yo, hemos ido y hemos tenido el mismo pésimo trato.
No ponen atención a su trabajo. Una vez pedí cotización por teléfono, primero me dieron un precio de 4000 pesos, hable al siguiente día por la duda, y me dijeron que 2500. Cuando el producto original y en agencia lo compre en 900 pesos.
Siempre que voy, no atienden, dan mal la información, no saben y NUNCA RESUELVEN NADA.
El peor lugar para llevar tu hermoso HONDA. Ojalá saquen al responsable de tan pésimo servicio.
