★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio pésimo por parte de Seminuevos yo tuve varios problemas cuando compre un vehículo en esta empresa, me entregaron la unidad sin la verificación correspondiente el vendedor el SR. Fernando Peñaloza se comprometió a pagarme el costo de la verificación y ahora solo me da largas y no cumple con lo acordado, aparte de que la unidad no tenia ni gota de gasolina cuando me la entregaron, El Sr. Mere que es el Responsable Directo de Seminuevos únicamente hace caso omiso de estas anomalías, es lamentable que esta empresa cuente con este tipo de personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo me lleve una muy mala experiencia de Honda Tezontle de Iztapalapa el 2019 adquirí una HRV prime cvt, cuando estaba de gerente Mario David Marín y mi asesor de ventas de fuerza móvil Juan Carlos me entregaron la unidad el día sábado 08 de junio del 2019. Al momento de entregarmela me dice Juan Carlos que no se le instalo el localizador que por qué el técnico ya se había retirado aún así me dice que me la puedo llevar y que regresará con la unidad el día martes 11 de junio para que le instalarán el localizador.
Lo cual no sucedió porque el día lunes 10 de junio al llegar a mi domicilio aproximadamente a las 8:10 am al descender de la camioneta tres sujetos armados con lujo de violencia me quitan la llave y me la roban.
después de todo esto el seguro HDI hace el reembolso por robo pero no solo me quita el 10% del valor de la unidad sino que también otro 10% por no tener el localizador lo cual es injusto ya que la agencia me entrego la unidad así y fue su responsabilidad el gerente dijo que se harían responsables pero solo me trajeron dando vueltas y vueltas durante 6 meses y jamás me resolvió que por qué la agencia no tenía recursos para reembolsar lo que me quitó el seguro estuve marcando y de nuevo me dieron largas después se vino lo de la pandemia y ya ni me contestaban las llamadas ni mensajes. Regrese en éste año y ya no estaba de gerente Mario David ahora está Luis quedó en resolverme y hasta la fecha no hizo nada y puras trabas Hasta me bloquearon de sus páginas de Facebook
No es justo el dinero que me quito el seguro por una negligencia de la agencia obviamente como no es su dinero no les importa y todavía dicen que lo más importante son los clientes eso es mentira
I had a very bad experience from Honda Tezontle de Iztapalapa in 2019, I acquired an HRV prime cvt, when Mario David Marín was the manager and my mobile power sales advisor Juan Carlos delivered the unit to me on Saturday, June 8, 2019. When he gave it to me, Juan Carlos told me that the locator was not installed, why the technician had already retired, yet he tells me that I can take it and that he will return with the unit on Tuesday, June 11, so that they will install the locator.
Which did not happen because on Monday, June 10, when I arrived at my home at approximately 8:10 am, when I got out of the truck, three violently armed individuals took my key and stole it.
After all this, the HDI insurance makes the reimbursement for theft but not only takes 10% of the value of the unit but also another 10% for not having the locator which is unfair since the agency gave me the unit like this and It was their responsibility, the manager said that they would be responsible but they only brought me round and round for 6 months and he never resolved that why the agency did not have the resources to reimburse what the insurance took away from me, I was dialing and they gave me long afterwards. The pandemic came and they didn't even answer my calls or messages. I came back this year and I was no longer as manager Mario David is now Luis was left to solve me and to date he did nothing and pure obstacles They even blocked me from their Facebook pages
The money that I take from my insurance is not fair due to negligence of the agency obviously as it is not their money they do not care and they still say that the most important thing is the clients that is a lie
