Respecto a refacciones, el joven que me atendió fue muy apático, si se me ocurría algo más por preguntarle, se le notaba la molestia. Espero haya sifo tan solo un mal día para él. I can only talk about the spare parts area, although the rest of the agency looked impeccable. Además te dan puntos por servicios que le hagan a tu auto, los puedes usar como dinero y entonces pagar alguna otra cosa como en mi caso, los use para la restauración de los faros. Eso me gusta además del seguimiento vía chat y correo electrónico. I like the seriousness, promotions and attention of this Honda. I recommend it! Los asesores nisiquiera han llegado cuando tu ya tienes 20 min formado. Suelen ser muy amables, pero si debes llegar pronto a otro lugar, debes saber que llegarás muy tarde. Media hora para que comenzaran a atenderme y pasaron a otra persona antes que llegó después y tenía cita más tarde que yo (la persona llevaba minifalda y tacones y no quisiera pensar que fue el motivo por el que la pasaron antes, porque eso se llama discriminación). Pregunté el porqué hicieron eso y no hubo explicación ni disculpa. Whenever I come to drop off my car, they greet me very late. There's no use having an appointment. The advisers have not even arrived when you already have 20 min trained. They are usually very friendly, but if you have to get to another place early, you should know that you will be very late. Half an hour for them to start seeing me and they passed to another person before who arrived later and had an appointment later than me (the person was wearing a miniskirt and heels and I would not want to think that was the reason they passed her before, because that is called discrimination ).
