A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE It was my favorite place for Chinese food but unfortunately this has changed radically. 1. AWFUL ATTENTION: The workers are terrible at attending, they look at you ugly, they are impatient and despotic when treating you. 2. UNHYGIENIC: The last time I went (which was where I decided to change my opinion from Excellent to Terrible place) the girl who served me accidentally dropped the clamp with which she was taking the vegetables and in front of me she picked them up and continued serving with they. 3. NOTHING ACCESSIBLE: I try to create a “no plastic” habit so I take my toppers with me when I stop by to buy takeout. The first time I took my dishes, the one who attended me looked at me as if I were super rare. I asked the cashier not to give me a plastic bag and she just said "YES BAG" and gave me even double covered plastic :)) It's a shame, I will miss this place with my soul but for me, customer service and hygiene are super important. I love Asia, its food and its culture and I would never make any xenophobic comments, but if you don't take care of those details in your restaurants, people will never stop calling them "dirty".
