 Exceptional service from the Dra Lim Baga. I spoke to her directly on the phone and she responds promptly to my emails. Quick appointments where his listening put me at ease. Transferred me to a specialist, on the spot. His fees are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had stomach virus, was dehydrated so I took myself to the Emergency services of this hospital. It was a Saturday around 11am. Staff was mainly stone face. Not much warmth in their bedside manner. Not for a sick senior anyway. Initial evaluation room bed was not clean. Told the male nurse. He was not pleased with my observation. Same nurse later had to start an IV on my arm and chose what looked like a 16 to 19 gauge needle. Attempted twice(picture of second attempt), no gloves by the way. Lucky for me there was another nurse that took over the procedure and used a smaller gauge needle and was successful establing the IV. That was just part of the experience it really doesn't get any better after that. Nice new building with third rate care.
