Hopital St. Janvier - 48314 Puerto Vallarta

No le pongo una calificación más baja por qué no se puede. El peor servicio que se puede encontrar uno. Sólo son rápidos para cobrar. La ineptitud hecha empresa.

Muy mal servicio, uno llega mal y antes de la atención primero importa el dinero. Las recepcionistas de área de urgencias no saben nada, todo preguntan y dicen ya tener tiempo trabajando. La verdad están solo para cobrar.

I do not recommend the hospital at all. They are interested in your money not in your care. One doctor at the emergency care was annoyed because i brought my husband with breathing problems (heart condition). He was in intensive care for four days, the only positive comment abut this area is Dr. Alejandro Rios, the rest of the staff had lack of empathy and compassion for the sick individuals debating between life and death. The nurses and internist doctor spent their time looking at the computers, laughing, laud conversations, etc, etc. it took them about 8 hours to clean excrement from the floor, i had to take the food tray out myself. The area is very small it feels crowded. A second positive comment is the cardiologist, Dr. Alejandro Valadez. However, do not get sick over the weekends, he is not available! Extremely expensive, they couldn't wait to know the sum of our travel insurance and of course they took it all. Good thing my husband's Medicare supplement in USA did not cover any expense at that time, i am sure they would find a way to get it too! I mark one star to be able to post this comment otherwise i will give them no star.
