Inicias directo con gran esfuerzo en piernas por la inclinacion, demasiada piedra suelta y una escalada de 3mts para llegar a la cumbre. Y muy buenos paisajes. Hiking lover and addict. You start directly with great effort in your legs due to the incline, too many loose stones and a 3m climb to reach the summit. And very good landscapes.

D	Diana Gabriela Saldaña on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un recorrido un poco cansado debido a la inclinación, no hay camino plano y para llegar a la cumbre existe una escalada y para bajarla si está cañón. Recorrido de 5km, 720 mts desnivel. La vista es increíble. Recomendaciones : llevar tenis adecuados con agarre por las piedras y la tierra resbaladiza sino se van a estar cayendo si llevan tenis lisos , llevar suficiente agua pq el calor está fuerte en esta temporada y aparte la caminata es pesada, snacks para energía , no hay árboles en todo el camino sin sombras, llevar pantalones y manga larga pq la vegetación rasga, bloqueador y una gorra para el sol. A somewhat tiring route due to the incline, there is no flat path and to reach the summit there is a climb and to go down it if there is a canyon. 5km route, 720 meters unevenness. The view is incredible. Recommendations: wear suitable tennis shoes with grip on the stones and the slippery earth otherwise they will be falling if they wear smooth tennis shoes, bring enough water because the heat is strong this season and apart from the walk is heavy, snacks for energy, there are no trees all the way without shadows, wear pants and long sleeves because the vegetation rips, sunscreen and a hat for the sun.

J	Juan Fco Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subiendo temprano se podría disfrutar de un paisaje increíble al ver salir el sol por entre los picos rocosos de la Huasteca. El camino hacia el Pico Horcones es estrecho y bien marcado. En algunos tramos hay piedra suelta. Hay poca vegetación, más bien son chaparrales y vegetación propia de la región. No sé observó vida animal de ningún tipo. A paso lento son unas tres horas para llegar a la cima. Justo antes de llegar a la cima hay que escalar una pared vertical de unos 10 metros de alto. Dicha pared se puede subir con o sin equipo de izaje. Ese tramo de la pared, cómo estando encima de ella es lo más riesgoso pues se forma una curva ascendente de suelo resbaloso y al costado de dicho camino se encuentra el voladero o precipicio. Ese tramo está difícil para subir y está todavía más difícil para bajar. Ya en la cima la vista hace ver que todo el esfuerzo y riesgo valió la pena. Vista panorámica de 360 grados. Valles y montañas a todo alrededor. Las fotos salen espectaculares. Definitivamente un Increíble lugar. Sí lo recomiendo para personas que tengan habilidades físicas y destreza. No lo recomiendo para niños o adolescentes que les falte condición física. A paso lento son 3 horas para subir y otras tantas para bajar. Climbing early you could enjoy an incredible landscape when you see the sun go out between the rocky peaks of the Huasteca. The road to the Horcones peak is narrow and well marked. In some sections there is loose stone. There is little vegetation, rather are chaparrals and vegetation typical of the region. I do not know observed animal life of any kind. A slow pace is about three hours to get to the top. Just before reaching the top you have to climb a vertical wall about 10 meters high. This wall can be climbed with or without lifting equipment. That stretch of the wall, how it is on top of it is the most risky as a rising curve of slippery soil is formed and on the side of that path is the flag or precipice. That stretch is difficult to climb and is even harder to go down. Already at the top the view makes see that all the effort and risk was worth it. Panoramic view of 360 degrees. Valleys and mountains all around. The photos come out spectacular. Definitely an incredible place. Yes I recommend it for people who have physical skills and skill. I do not recommend it for children or teenagers who lack physical condition. A slow pace are 3 hours to go up and as many to go down.
