Marqué a la operadora me atendió una srita. que alzando la voz me dijo que me esperaron mucho (5 minutos) y que ella le dijo que se fueran. Yo tuve que salirme del trabajo para ir a abrirles, no tardé ni 5 minutos. Lo que ofende es la prepotencia de quienes atienden el teléfono. Muy mal trato al cliente. Buscaría otras opciones antes de Horizon.
I stayed an hour waiting for them to come back to fill the gas and nothing. I dialed the operator, a young lady attended me. Raising her voice, she told me that they waited a long time for me (5 minutes) and that she told them to leave. I had to leave work to go open them, it didn't take me even 5 minutes. What offends is the arrogance of those who answer the phone. Very bad customer treatment. I would look at other options before Horizon.
