Horus Development - 77765 Tulum

El lugar está descuidado, los muebles ya están viejos, el agua de la alberca no la limpian, dejan basura en los pasillos, en el departamento que estuve no puedes abrir una de la ventanas. Tienen dos sartenes y dos vasos, uno de los sartenes edtaba sucio. Me dijeron que el aseo lo hacían cada 3er día y no lo hicieron. Me quedé aquí porque el precio me convenía pero realmente no regresaré ni lo recomiendo.

Excellent facilities, amenities and all very close. Nature with luxury, great option to visit and stay in Tulum.

Super loud place, it's like a spring breakers building. People yelling, blasting horrible music. No front desk, the sound resonates on the building. None is in charge.

Our rented unit wasn't well maintained and was nothing like the listing said on AirBnB. Checked out after 1 night.

Full of flies and and ants all over the house, the road to here is terrible, could do with a serious re finishing, rust everywhere, damp marks running down the walls, rubbish bags just thrown outside, though it is safe and secure with security all night and a decent little swimming pool outside they are a really good size apartment also ...Personally I'd not recommend to anyone.

Very nice Stay! Very nice apartment, clean and with everything what u need inside. Big fringe. Best Host, 24 h available for questions about the apartment, about and around Tulum and other things! Very fast response! Security Service, we feel very safe there. Security also there for u if u need water cause u forget tu buy? Main Street 2 min away. Easy check in and out. I arrived at 2AM and the security officer already expected me and showed me around and bring my bags to my room. At my next stay in tulum this Apartment will be my choice again. Greetings, Chris✌️

This airbnb or whatever it is might look nice but be careful! Upon arriving, we were given a smaller room than the room we booked online, which set the tone for our stay. We were offered a discount for the "mistake." At first they tried to convince us it was the same room we booked, but obviously pictures don't lie, then they said the room we originally booked was broken, then later we were told it was because of a posting error. The apartment we got was dirty, the kitchen faucet was rusting at the mouth, we spent a day of our vacation to thoroughly clean the apartment, especially the bathroom. There were stains on the bed sheet which were changed when I alerted the staff about it. There was always loud music and loud sex noises in the early hours of the morning. I mean screaming sex noises almost every morning for the week we were there. We had to sleep with ear plugs and pray to God for a peaceful night. The staffs were nice, whenever we saw them, but they were not readily available. Overall, a very inconvenient stay.
