★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres estudiante y buscas un espacio para poder rentar este es uno de ellos, está cerca de la BUAP, Walmart, papelerías, puestos de verduras, cocinas económicas, lavanderías, paradas del transporte, también cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas ya que se encuentra dentro de una calle privada y lo más importante; el costo es muy accesible y los dueños son muy amables, brindan muy buena atención.. Recomendado :)
