Terrible service, we never had hot water, towels arrived after a thousand hours, dirty room, they did not let us sleep at 3AM fighting and screaming, they tried to open the rooms ... I do not recommend it at all ...

Le faltaba higiene a la habitación. I do not recommend it, the attention was not good and the managers got drunk and argued in the early morning they did not let sleep, most of the tenants left when we woke up. The room lacked hygiene.
L	Lu Vidal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, no teníamos papel higiénico, ni jabón, ni toallas, y no pudimos solicitarlo porque no había nadie a cargo en recepción (se emborracho el encargado y se desapareció) aparte el baño estaba sucio, había muchos cabellos en la coladera ?? 600 pesos que se pagó por la habitación no lo vale, esperaba algo sutil pero cómodo y limpio Poor attention, we had no toilet paper, no soap, or towels, and we could not request it because there was no one in charge at reception (the manager got drunk and disappeared) apart from that the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of hair in the drain ?? 600 pesos that were paid for the room is not worth it, I was expecting something subtle but comfortable and clean
