k	karen oliva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, cuentan con estacionamiento y la ubicación es perfecta ya que puedes llegar caminando al centro y sus alrededores. Los cuartos tienen buen tamaño y las instciones están muy limpias y cuidadas, también tienen una pequeña estancia donde puedes usar el frigobar , el microondas y tienen café y té. La TV es smart con acceso a Netflix ❤️, mi esposo y yo tuvimos una estancia muy acogedora. The staff is very friendly, they have parking and the location is perfect since you can walk to the center and its surroundings. The rooms are of a good size and the facilities are very clean and well cared for, they also have a small room where you can use the fridge, microwave and they have coffee and tea. The TV is smart with access to Netflix ❤️, my husband and I had a very cozy stay.

Al llegar al lugar, minutos antes estaban otras personas también para reserva. Finalmente el comentario de la señorita encargada fue "la primera que llegará ganaba la habitación". Si es el modo de trabajar del hospedaje, se debió comunicar desde el inicio de la llamada. Terrible way to book. I spoke 40 minutes before to ask for availability and they told me there was 1 room available. When arriving at the place, minutes before there were other people also for reservation. Finally, the comment of the lady in charge was "the first one to arrive won the room". If it is the way of working of the hosting, it should have been communicated from the beginning of the call.

Es lugar es encantador, muy cómodo y amplio espacio, hay una especie de sala común donde te ofrecen agua, café, té y hay un microondas por si gustas calentar algo. La atención fue excelente. Although I booked a few hours before there was no problem, however if you plan to go it is better to book a little earlier. The place is charming, very comfortable and spacious, there is a kind of common room where they offer you water, coffee, tea and there is a microwave if you want to heat something. The attention was excellent.

The mariposa room was super cute and very clean with a private bathroom/shower with hot water. You can open the window and use a fan to keep it aired out (covid-19). There is a shared lounge with instant coffee and tea and a microwave. The cherry on top is their environmentalism-- they have canvas bags you can use to go shopping, newspaper instead of plastic trash bags, and a thorough recycling system. Thanks for such a lovely stay in zacatlan!!

Really close to everything and the bed was so comfy. Lovely clean rooms with a little fridge in the common seating area. Would recommend to everyone!
