★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien. Cumple con lo básico, cama cómoda y tiene un bello jardín. No incluye alimentos, ni siquiera agua. El restaurante no lo recomiendo, es caro y la comida no es buena.
 Good. It meets the basics, comfortable bed and has a beautiful garden. Does not include food, not even water. I do not recommend the restaurant, it is expensive and the food is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia y yo nos hemos hospedado en este lugar 2 veces y las dos veces ha sido maravilloso, todos muy amables, en especial el señor Miguel, es un personaje a todo dar. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, est limpio, tiene unas vistas maravillosas, y es económico.
My family and I have stayed at this place twice and both times it has been wonderful, everyone very friendly, especially Mr. Miguel, he is a character to give everything. I highly recommend the place, it's clean, has wonderful views, and is cheap.

Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero muy limpias. Atención agradable. Cuentan con servicio de masaje y temazcal tradicional.
También se encuentra cerca del centro de Tepoztlán, a unos 15 minutos caminando.
Very close to the road to the Tepozteco hill. Nice place. It has valet parking to take a car.
The rooms are simple, but very clean. Nice attention. They have massage service and traditional temazcal.
It is also located near the center of Tepoztlán, about a 15-minute walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, you cannot call yourself a spa if you don't even have hot water. Yes, there was no hot water - neither at night, neither in the morning. Second, there was a party with loud music playing until 3am and when it finished, there was a huge fight, resulting in broken glass, blood and a visit from the police. Lastly, the bed could have been cleaner and the toilet seat was moving. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and a nice view from the garden. If we had paid 300mxn for this room, perhaps the review would have been a bit better. However for 600mxn, we really hated the experience and would certainly not stay there again.
