The heater is solar so in rainy weather they must use a gas heater. Otherwise, it is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está impecable de limpio y tiene todo lo que uno necesita, incluso secadora que nos fue muy al regresar del balneario.
No le pongo 5 estrellas porque le falta privacidad a los cuartos, muebles para dejar ropa y en los alrededores es difícil encontrar donde comer.
The place is immaculately clean and has everything one needs, even a dryer that was very useful when we returned from the spa.
I do not give it 5 stars because the rooms lack privacy, furniture to leave clothes and in the surroundings it is difficult to find where to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es excelente, un estacionamiento techado muy amplio para los departamentos que se rentan. El acceso esta controlado mediante cerraduras electrónicas que se te proporcionan en tu reservación a través de la aplicación. En mi caso fue el departamento grande, cuenta con muy buena distribución, 4 camas, cocina completa un baño, agua caliente e internet muy eficiente. Este es sin duda un punto muy muy a favor pues algo que debes considerar si estas aquí en Cardonal es que hay muy mala señal de celular.
Sin duda es una excelente opción, mucho mejor que cualquier hotel de la zona o incluso hasta de las mismas grutas de Tolantongo.
The place is excellent, a very large covered parking for the apartments that are rented. Access is controlled by electronic locks that are provided to you in your reservation through the application. In my case it was the large apartment, it has a very good layout, 4 beds, a full kitchen, a bathroom, hot water and very efficient internet. This is undoubtedly a very very favorable point because something you should consider if you are here in Cardonal is that there is a very bad cell phone signal.
It is undoubtedly an excellent option, much better than any hotel in the area or even the Tolantongo caves themselves.
