Terrible service, he did not respect my reservation and let me know until the last moment when he was already there with my bags. There are definitely better places than this in Tepoztlan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal pesimo servicio, la señora Victoria nos rentó una habitación por 2 noches, la primera noche nos dijo que la habitación que nos dio la había rentado con anterioridad a otras personas por lo que nos movería a otra, con lo cuál no tuvimos problemas.
La mañana siguiente nos despertamos y fuimos por ella para cambiarnos al otro cuarto y nos dijo que debíamos desocupar porque durante la noche llegaron otras personas y lo rentó, así que tuvimos que recorrer el pueblo con las maletas para buscar otro lugar de última hora.
Hay mejores lugares en Tepoztlán por menos dinero.
Very bad bad service, Mrs. Victoria rented us a room for 2 nights, the first night she told us that the room she gave us had previously rented to other people so she would move us to another, with which we had no problems.
The next morning we woke up and we went to get her to change to the other room and she told us that we should vacate because other people came during the night and she rented it, so we had to go around town with our suitcases to find another last minute place.
There are better places in Tepoztlán for less money.
