★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido durante 2 años y había estado encantada con el servicio pero hace unos días fui y me comentaron que cambió la administración y dije bueno quizá sea lo mismo pero no fue así. Mi perrita es viejita y les pedí que por favor tuvieran cuidado con su piel, que le cortarán su pelito pero sin que la lastimaran... llego con raspones en sus orejitas y muy irritadas!!! No les vuelvo a llevar a mi niña, si así está el servicio de estética no quiero saber cómo estará el de su clínica veterinaria...
I had been going for 2 years and I had been delighted with the service but a few days ago I went and they told me that the administration changed and I said well maybe it is the same but it was not. My dog is old and I asked you to please be careful with her skin, that they will cut her hair but without hurting her ... she arrived with scratches on her ears and very irritated !!! I will not take my daughter back to them, if the aesthetic service is like this, I don't want to know how the veterinary clinic will be ...
