Buen trabajo pero me cambiaron unas piezas del carro k estaban en buenas condiciones y le pusieron unas k no servían y le sacaron el tapete. Del lado del conductor y le quedaron pendiente una pieza k no les había llegado y hasta la fecha no me han resuelto nada ya tienen 5 meses asi

Desprogramaron mi auto por pasar corriente y tuve que llevarlo en grúa a la agencia para repararlo. Lamentable que evitaron hacerse responsables, y además la aseguradora los protege dándole vueltas al asunto teniendo ya el diagnóstico de la agencia donde demuestra que el daño fue causado por este taller. Para nada recomendable.

No se como sean para reparar carros, pero para envíar un reporte daños para evaluación se tardaron 3 días. Ni siquiera deje el carro con ellos solo quería que me pagarán los daños los del seguro pero me parece muy exagerado que tarden 3 días en hacer un reporte teniendo fotos y datos que ya uno mismo proporcionó

pesima calidad de trabajo, super tardados, dos meses mi carro en el taller y me lo entregaron con una pintura que no era, los sensores de las bolsas de aire desconectados, sin filtro de aire. me robaron las loderas del carro. lo tuve que regresar dos veces para que me lo dejaras algo bien. se chingo una manguera y no se hicieron responsables la tuve que comprar yo. lo recogí y a los dos dias otro problema pésimo servicio mala atención y muy mal trato

Trabajan bien. Las reparaciones son de buena calidad. Como en todos los talleres, en ocasiones son lentos para hacer los trabajos. Hay que tomar en cuenta que algunas veces estos retrasos se deben más a los procesos de las aseguradoras y a la dificultad de encontrar algunas piezas, que a los mismos talleres. Recientemente instalaron un sistema de contestación automática de llamadas que da la sensación de falta de servicio.
They work fine. Repairs are of good quality. As in all workshops, they are sometimes slow to do the work. It must be taken into account that sometimes these delays are due more to the insurers' processes and the difficulty of finding some parts, than to the workshops themselves. Muy amables los que atienden, utilicé el servicio por medio de aseguradora, no sé si es por proceso, pero tardaron mes y medio en reparar mi unidad cuando la reparación era sencilla.
