★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en este hospital ha sido la peor!!!!! NEFASTA, indiferencia por parte de todo el PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO!!!! llevo 15 días pidiendo MI FACTURA y simplemente te dicen vuelva a llamar dentro de dos horas, están en cambio de turno, estoy en capacitación,etc además una tal señorita Fernanda persona sin educación, ni hablar de algo semejante a atención al cliente NULA!!!!! no sé a quién recurrir el director por supuesto no está disponible y no hay manera de contactar a alguien más o sea te tienen secuestrado y expensas de sus caprichos y de su voluntad qué pena porque NO la atención de las enfermeras es buenísima, los camilleros , pero de ahí en fuera facturación cobro recepción, caja.... gente incapacitada para realizar su trabajo no sabe ni siquiera cobrar con una terminal punto de venta qué tristeza que a este nivel tengan esa indiferencia por el cliente aguas y chequen bien sus cuentas porque tardan en hacer tu cuenta de 4-6 horas para poder cobrar un día más de hospitalización. Y no soy la única el mismo día que yo estaba haciendo mi pago para gresar a mi paciente una familia también estaba muy molesta porque llevaba 6 horas esperando su cuenta y habían ingresado muchísimas cosas a ellos les hicieron una cotización que terminó siendo el doble. OJO!!!!!!

I do not know who to turn to, the director of course is not available and there is no way to contact someone else, that is, they have you kidnapped and at the expense of their whims and their will, what a shame because the nurses' attention is not very good, the orderlies, But from there on out, billing, reception, cashier .... people unable to do their job do not even know how to charge with a point of sale terminal, how sad that at this level they have such indifference for the customer, waters and check their accounts well because They take 4-6 hours to make your account to be able to charge one more day of hospitalization. And I am not the only one on the same day that I was making my payment to return to my patient, a family was also very upset because they had been waiting for their account for 6 hours and they had entered a lot of things, they made a quote that ended up being double. EYE!!!!!!
