Cita a cierta hora, y resulta que va una hora atrasado con sus pacientes, la vez anterior que también fuimos puntuales, el señor avisó que llegaba también una hora tarde. ¡Ah! Pero eso sí, atendió a una representante de ventas de algún laboratorio y ya después a sus pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados de este hospital se metieron a robar a mi habitacion y el hospital se deslindó completamente de responsabilidad. Por si alguien tiene pensado acudir a este hospital, lo piense dos veces, ya que hay delincuentes dentro y la administracion del hospital los protege.

Es bonito aunque pediría más seguridad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la sala de emergencias. Tienen a los pacientes en una sala de espera pequeña, todos sufriendo y quejándose de dolor, esperando pasar a consulta. Un chico con apendicitis llorando en la sala sin ninguna atención médica. Si tu familiar no ha llenado el formulario y el pagaré, no puedes pasar. Además, para que el paciente pueda entrar al hospital te hacen pagar 500 pesos por una prueba rápida de COVID. Casualmente todas las personas que tenemos seguro, salimos positivas (lo cual es falso porque en mi caso, un día antes habíamos realizado un PCR). Considero es un truco para no dejar pasar a las personas aseguradas y puedan cobrar a las personas que no tienen.
Sumado a esto, nos cobraron el uso de una bata por 200 pesos la cual no usamos porque no nos dejaron ingresar al hospital por el test positivo.
No recomiendo asistir a emergencias en este hospital.
Terrible service in the emergency room. They have the patients in a small waiting room, all suffering and complaining of pain, waiting to be seen. A boy with appendicitis crying in the room without any medical attention. If your family member has not filled out the form and the promissory note, you cannot pass. In addition, so that the patient can enter the hospital they make you pay 500 pesos for a rapid COVID test. Coincidentally, all the people who have insurance came out positive (which is false because in my case, a day before we had performed a PCR). I consider it is a trick to not let insured people pass and they can charge people who do not have them.
Added to this, they charged us the use of a gown for 200 pesos which we did not use because they did not let us enter the hospital due to the positive test.
I do not recommend attending emergencies at this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen hospital con excelentes instalaciones. Cuenta con muchos consultorios y especialidades. La atención es de primer nivel. Es tan bonito que cuando entras parece que estás en un resort en lugar de en un hospital. El hospital tiene acceso a la Plaza Paseo Acoxpa.
Very good hospital with excellent facilities. It has many offices and specialties. The attention is first class. It is so beautiful that when you walk in it feels like you are in a resort rather than a hospital. The hospital has access to the Plaza Paseo Acoxpa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperaba mucho más de este hospital, no tengo seguro así que me tocó pagar la cuenta íntegra. Fue una cuenta de 200k por una sola noche, el servicio es mediocre, desde que llegas las instalaciones están medio emhhh, obvio te hacen llenar todos sus papeleos y dejar depósito de 150k. La cama estaba horrible, la más incómoda en la que he estado y miren que llevo como 10 operaciones incluyendo el sistema de salud público y me atrevo a decir que esta fue la peor, todas las enfermeras sin idea de nada, no sabían cuándo cambiar los medicamentos ni nada, la limpieza de la habitación mala, dejaban la bandeja de la comida sucia hasta que llegaban con la siguiente comida. Me gustó la ubicación ya que mis padres pudieron ir a distraerse a Paseo Acoxpa. Y un reconocimiento a la enfermera Ana María, enfermeras como ellas con de agradecerse, con alta vocación y entrega. La comida estuvo regular. Aun hay muchas cosas que mejorar en el hospital, se ve muy nuevo o improvisado. No es de mis favoritos y si puedo evitarlo lo haré.
I expected much more from this hospital, I don't have insurance so I had to pay the full bill. The bed was horrible, the most uncomfortable I've ever been in and look I've had about 10 operations including the public health system and I dare say this was the worst, all the nurses had no idea about anything, they didn't know when to change the medications or anything, the cleaning of the room was poor, they left the dirty food tray until they arrived with the next meal. I liked the location since my parents could go to Paseo Acoxpa to distract themselves. And a recognition to the nurse Ana María, nurses like them are to be thanked, with high vocation and dedication. The food was so-so. There are still many things to improve in the hospital, it looks very new or improvised. It's not one of my favorites and if I can avoid it I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hospital for a week with my little boy when he had cellulitis. The cleaning lady stole my makeup (not cheap!) from the bathroom, and when I reported it, they did absolutely nothing. They initially make a big show about caring and services, but that's all it is. I never even received a response regarding my formal complaint-of any kind. You even have to lock up a lipstick in this place! Oh...and the food was horrible!
