M	Maria fernanda Sanchez Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para que me atendieran en urgencias me tardaron más de 3 horas, después me realice una prueba pcr y en sala de espera otros 40 mínutos ,para que me entregaran los resultados me dijeron que en un periodo de 24 HRS,llame al otro día y que no tienen el resultado, que me espere las 48 HRS.para rematar las telefonistas de laboratorios con pésima atención ya que les solicito información respecto a la demora y me dicen que me espere hasta ver reflejado en mi correo los resultados...fatal!! Gracias a dios todo salió muy bien. Él área de rehabilitación es magnífica . Áreas a Mejorar el estacionamiento; fuera de eso todo fue bueno Good facilities, the rooms in this tower are new. Helpful and friendly nurses. The admission process was slow but the discharge process took longer. Thank goodness everything went very well. The rehabilitation area is magnificent. Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena; estuve 24 horas, las enfermeras de los diferentes turnos muy amables y atentas. Ingreso y alta tardados pero lo habitual. no puedo opinar de los demas servicios como urgencias y admision genral ya que esos se encuentran en otro edificio. This building is part of the London Clinic; It is only an office tower and a small area for an outpatient hospital and operating rooms. I have had a very good experience; I was there 24 hours, the nurses from the different shifts were very kind and attentive. Admission and discharge delayed but usual. I cannot comment on the other services such as emergencies and general admission since those are in another building.
