Hospitalicé a un familiar, llegamos a las 8am y a las 12:45 que quise salir del estacionamiento me llevo la desagradable sorpresa de que el estacionamiento por el que accedes directo al hospital no es de ellos, dicen que es independiente, pagué $180 solo por ese rato Pregunté por alguna tarifa especial para los que estamos en el hospital, y no hay, solo si quieres dejar tu carro ahí estacionado por 24hrs son $360 y si sales antes de las 24hrs pagas normal, no puedes entrar y salir si tuvieras la necesidad No entiendo en qué se basan para dar categorías a los hospitales, venimos a este hospital por indicación del médico, pero si tuviéramos que recurrir de nuevo, por ningún motivo permitiré regresar •NO TIENEN ESTACIONAMIENTO •NO TIENEN CORTINAS QUE CUBRA LA LUZ DE DIA •El personal de Recursos humanos y enfermeras SON MUY AMABLES, lamentablemente se permea desde nivel directivo hacia abajo, y no a la inversa. NO CUMPLEN NI CON LA MISION, NI EL VALOR NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO VUELVO Unbelievable that they say they have no parking, and there is a parking lot that you access directly to the hospital. Las instalaciones sumamente limpias y en general hacen que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible tanto para el paciente como para la/las personas que le acompañan. They always treated us super well, nurses and doctors are very attentive and friendly. The extremely clean facilities and in general make your stay as comfortable as possible for both the patient and the person(s) accompanying them.

Equipo de médicos con poca credibilidad y procesos donde se nota que te quieren sacar dinero a toda costa, y esa , es su único objetivo. disgusting place! how quickly these louts forget the oath of ethics. AVOID AT ALL COST GOING TO THIS PLACE. It is a disgrace that people profit when you are in a vulnerable situation. Team of doctors with little credibility and processes where it shows that they want to get money from you at all costs, and that is their only objective.

The doctors and nurses constantly communicated with me and follow up with my husband on my progress and treatment plan. The doctors are skilled, experience. I can’t thank them enough for nursing me to health. I stayed in room 505 and the floor nurses ROCK!

They will treat you as here in the US. Is no different we were told to go home & pass once the insurance was not paying. So we went there where 4 months later the person given 20 days to live, was on her way back to US in good health. & a year later is in good health. We thank them for saving her life. But yes if you don't have $ no where in this world will help you. Everything is bases on it Sadly to say. Other than that we had great Doctors specialist. Labs were quick,not 2 weeks later. They did emergency surgery. But yes In Mexico you need someone with you constantly. As your bed nurse. In U.S they don't want anyone there, which leads to bad service. In my experiences.
