★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y si no cuentas con seguro de gastos médicos, piénsalo muy bien antes de ingresar, por 2 días de atención a mi paciente la cantidad a pagar fue exorbitante, un robo total, al final lo traslade y el diagnóstico no fue el correcto. No volveré!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me he internado 9 veces en el hospital en los últimos 5 meses y las 9 veces tengo problemas para que se cordine el hospital con seguros bxmas, siempre hay fallas por parte de la aseguradora y del área de cuentas del hospital. Tengan paciencia para poder salir se tardan solo de 7 a 9 horas si nos va bien.
Enfermaría y limpieza tiene 10 de calificación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de prácticamente todo el personal, médicos y enfermeras calificados y atentos a cualquier necesidad.
El ingreso fue rápido, me dieron una habitación excelente y limpia, las enfermeras tratan de hacerte sufrir lo menos posible (1 piquete para muestra de sangre y en el mismo canalizaron), comida rica a pensar de ser de hospital, no tuve problemas con el wifi.
Negativos: Los precios de cosas extras están algo elevados, el precio del estacionamiento muy elevado
Excellent attention from practically all the staff, doctors and nurses who are qualified and attentive to any need.
The admission was fast, they gave me an excellent and clean room, the nurses try to make you suffer as little as possible (1 prick for a blood sample and in the same channel), delicious food to think of being from a hospital, I had no problems with the Wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo particular siempre me he atiendo en este Hospital, ya que recibo un trato amable, rápido y muy profesional. El lugar es seguro y puedes pasar con tu familiar responsable.
La única queja que tengo y por la cual no les doy 5 estrellas es por el área de Caja, mala actitud, dicen que te envían tu factura por correo y eso jamás pasa. Marcas a la extensión del área (2070) y nunca nadie atiende el teléfono.
Hagan algo para mejorar el servicio de cajas, muchos se los vamos a agradecer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es muy bueno, enfermeras y doctores súper amables. En recepción son un poco lentos con los ingresos pero nada exagerado. Las habitaciones estándar son muy comodas, el sillón para visitas es un poco duro, pero se puede dormir bien. Mi operación fue un éxito y sin duda, volvería a confiar en ellos para futuras Intervención.

The standard rooms are very comfortable, the visitor's chair is a bit hard, but you can sleep well. My operation was a success and without a doubt, I would trust them again for future interventions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, fueron amables con mi abuela que usa silla de ruedas y la ayudaron a ponerla cómoda. Lo único que no está al 100 es la entrada de silla de ruedas, la salida que daba justo a los lugares para personas con sillas de ruedas estaba bloqueado, al dar la vuelta por el estacionamiento estorbas con la silla porque debes bajarte al pavimento y pasar pequeños topes para llegar al otro lado del estacionamiento, espero lo puedan solucionar

The only thing that is not at 100 is the wheelchair entrance, the exit that gave right to the places for people with wheelchairs was blocked, when turning around the parking lot you get in the way with the chair because you have to get off the pavement and pass small bumps to get to the other side of the parking lot, I hope they can solve it
