★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje a mi mamá para realizarse estudios y tardaron 15 min en pasarla para un estudio de sangre. A pesar de que es lunes de semana santa, somos los primeros no hay nadie más, tienen 5 cubículos para toma de muestra. El tiempo de espera es mucho, no me quiero imaginar cuánto de han de tardar cuando tienen mucha gente en un día normal. A otro señor que llegó lo tienen llenando formas ya ya lleva 10 min, en otros laboratorios quien carga la información es el empleado y no el usuario.
I brought my mom to have tests done and it took 15 minutes to get her through for a blood test. Despite the fact that it is Easter Monday, we are the first, there is no one else, they have 5 cubicles for sampling. The waiting time is long, I don't want to imagine how long it takes when they have a lot of people on a normal day. They have another gentleman who arrived filling out forms for 10 minutes, in other laboratories the person who uploads the information is the employee and not the user.
