★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años llevamos a nuestro perro a baño y corte, nos lo entregaron muerto bajo la justificación de que se ahorcó porque lo dejaron sólo, este lugar tiene muchas quejas por maltrato animal y ahora veo que mi caso no ha sido el único, tengan cuidado y no lleven a sus mascotas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen las medidas de seguridad por contingencia (no usan cubrebocas), son groseros, no respetan horarios y no hacen el trabajo que ofrecen.
Además de que lastimaron a mi perro y me dijeron que eso ya lo tenía que eran pulgas.
PESIMO SERVICIO!!!!!
Terrible service, they do not have security measures for contingency (they do not wear face masks), they are rude, they do not respect schedules and they do not do the work they offer.
In addition to that they hurt my dog and they told me that I already had it that they were fleas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastimaron con la maquina a mi perrito, las heridas eran muy evidentes.
Cuando le cuestioné a la señora que ahí atiende ella me dijo que el perro así llegó. No era posible por que las heridas además de ser de los minutos anteriores claramente eran de maquina. La señora no se hizo responsable y además tuvo PESIMA ACTITUD .
Si es así con las personas, me pregunto como es con nuestras mascotas cuando nadie la ve.
They hurt my puppy with the machine, the injuries were very evident.
When I questioned the lady who attends there, she told me that the dog arrived that way. It was not possible because the injuries besides being from the previous minutes were clearly machine injuries. The lady was not responsible and also had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.
If it is like that with people, I wonder how it is with our pets when no one sees it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba esperando para toma de Rx para una corgi que está en último término de gestación. Pasa una señora con filipina y pelo corto y chino (no se si sea la dueña, la doctora o que), no respondió ni el buenas tardes y prosigue a jalar a la corgi de su correa con mucha fuerza para moverla. La perrita no estaba haciendo nada malo y me pareció totalmente innecesaria su forma de jalarla. Además mientras esperaba, ví como estaban jaloneando a un perrito que le estaban haciendo su estética. Que onda, si no les gustan los animales no deberían de tratar con ellos
I was waiting for an Rx shot for a corgi that is in the last term of pregnancy. A lady with a Filipina and short Chinese hair passes by (I don't know if she's the owner, the doctor or what), she didn't even answer the good afternoon and continues to pull the corgi by her leash with great force to move her. The dog was not doing anything wrong and the way he pulled her seemed totally unnecessary. Also while I was waiting, I saw how they were pulling a little dog that they were doing its aesthetics. What's up, if you don't like animals you shouldn't deal with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo llevaba a mi perrito a qué le cortaran el pelo. Pero siempre una pésima atención, como si te regalaran el servicio. El colmo fue hoy que lleve a un cachorrito a su primer corte y lo dejaron todo trasquilado. O el chico es nuevo en su trabajo y mi siquiera dan la cara. No vuelvo a regresar. Cero recomendable. Además precios elevados.
Long ago I took my little dog to have his hair cut. But always a terrible attention, as if they gave you the service. The last straw today was that I took a puppy to its first cut and they left everything shorn. Or the guy is new to his job and I even show his face. I'm not coming back. Zero recommended. Also high prices.
