M	Marcela Méndez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy desilusionada del servicio hace quince días estuve internada por una cirugía y a la hora de la salida me resulta en la cuenta un cargo por SANITIZACION de la habitación $245.92 Atención especializada hospitalaria $414.60 Servicios hospitalarios $985.49 Un termómetro (que no se utilizó) $96.47 Cosa que pedí la aclaración y la Señorita de Relaciones Publicas me explico que los rubros de atención y servicios hospitalarios se le llama al servicio de enfermeras, cosa que me llamo la atención ya que en ningún momento te permiten llevar a tu enfermera particular para que te atienda y pues ni modo que uno se haga las canalizaciones, se ponga los medicamentos y se haga las curaciones UNO NO VA A VACACIONAR AL HOSPITAL . Tienen a mi paciente en Terapia intensiva sin atenderlo, hasta parece que lo hacen para q la cuenta se incremente sin importar la salud o el bienestar del paciente. Piden prueba covid para visita (correcto) pero dicen q es valida 72hrs y despues el.vigilante dice es apartir del dia q se tomo la muestra. Si se tomo por la noche, ya ese dia se perdio. Que poca Etica Profesional AWESOME ATTENTION!!!
