★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo ok con el hospital, hace 3 años me practicaron una cirujia y me atendieron excelente, muy bueno el servicio y el personal amable. En esta ocasión fuimos buscando el paquete de vacunas para la mujer embarazada y nos enviaron con el Dr. Ricardo Acosta (no vimos al doctor porque no estaba y todo ok con el) pero su asistente esta lucrando con las vacunas cuando estas son gratuitas, claro que hay que pagar por la aplicación pero cobra 2 mil pesos y te dice que solo acepta efectivo, no esta bien que lucre de esta forma con la salud.

This time we went looking for the package of vaccines for the pregnant woman and they sent us with Dr. Ricardo Acosta (we did not see the doctor because he was not there and everything was ok with him) but his assistant is profiting from the vaccines when they are free, of course you have to pay for the application but it charges 2 thousand pesos and tells you that it only accepts cash, it is not good that it profits in this way with health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no sirve el teléfono de la habitación el alta la dieron a las 12 y salimos a las 10 de la noche por qué perdieron todos los estudios de mi esposo y vine otro día a recuperarlos y lleva varias horas esperando a que alguien se haga responsable. Y me entreguen mis imágenes que bastante caras salieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctores excelentes y son independientes al hospital, porque ellos se prepararon y brindan un excelente servicio. La calidad del hospital pésima, mi papá estuvo en terapia intensiva y en la sala de espera salían hasta cucarachas y grillos, exceso de mosquitos. Su personal de seguridad ni siquiera saluda, prepotentes y poco amigables. Su mobiliario viejo e incomodo. La mayoría del personal es poco preparado y nada empaticos. Y ni se hable de la evasión de impuestos porque te ponen peros para emitir facturas.
Excellent doctors and they are independent from the hospital, because they trained and provide excellent service. The quality of the hospital was terrible, my father was in intensive care and even cockroaches and crickets, an excess of mosquitoes, came out in the waiting room. Their security personnel don't even say hello, pushy and unfriendly. Its old and uncomfortable furniture. Most of the staff are poorly trained and not at all empathetic. And do not even talk about tax evasion because they put buts to issue invoices.

Repruebo totalmente al hospital.
Desde mi llegada tuve que esperar 1:40 para ser atendida en admisión. Pague el paquete por adelantado y aun así a la hora de egreso tardan mucho tiempo para dejarte salir.
En sala preoperatoria trataron varias veces y no pudieron canalizarme. Hasta que solicité que me canalizara el Médico.
En Patología muchos pretextos para no entregar mis laminillas, solicité mis resultados y me mandaron a caja a recogerlos. En caja me dijeron que ahí no y me dejan esperando para investigar. Ya me iba y regrese a preguntar nuevamente por mis resultados si fuera por el personal ahí seguiría sentada esperando una respuesta.
Ya me iba nuevamente y recibí llamada de Patología para firmar un documento y me regresé.
Total me hicieron pagar 3 veces el estacionamiento.
En fin... Decepcionada del servicio, del personal pobremente capacitado y sin empatia con los pacientes.
Lo único bueno de ese "hospital" son los médicos.

In Pathology, many excuses for not delivering my slides, I requested my results and they sent me to the box to collect them. At the box they told me not there and they leave me waiting to investigate. I was leaving and came back to ask again for my results if it were for the staff there I would still sit waiting for an answer.
I was leaving again and I received a call from Pathology to sign a document and I returned.
Total they made me pay 3 times for parking.
Anyway ... Disappointed in the service, poorly trained staff and no empathy with patients.
The only good thing about that "hospital" are the doctors.
