Antes de atenderte debes pasar por recepción. Son 2 chavas chacoteando que te atienden cuando quieren.
Cuando finalmente te atienden en recepción, sigue esperar un buen rato para que te atienda el especialista.
Cuando llegue la hora de pagar, resulta que la cantidad será mayor a lo que te dijeron inicialmente.
Esto porque al parecer la recepcionista de URGENCIAS no sabía que ser atendido en URGENCIAS tiene un precio distinto.

Mi experiencia en Hospital Angeles Universidad fue una de las mejores.
Cuenta con perosnal altamente profesional tanto en el área administrativa como en el área médica.
Es importante reconocer el trabajo que realiza cada uno de los integrantes del hospital en la parte administrativa el Joven Martín explica claramente cada una de las clausulas del contrato y resulve mis dudas en cuanto a mis pagos, la señorita Erica en el área de relaciones públicas quien da la bienvenida en la habitación y me apoyo en todo momento a resolver cada uno de mis percances durante la estancia, la señorita Paola enfermera de primer nivel quien se presentó en cada momento que yo la solicite fue clara en cuanto a los procedimientos que se me realizaban, el médico de urgencias quien le dio prioridad y seguimiento a mi padecimiento.
El hospital debe reconocer a su gran equipo de trabajo.
Yo me quedo muy contenta y satisfecha con el gra servicio que brinda el hospital.
Cómo observación falta un buzón de felicitaciones, aromatizante en la habitaciones y más cintas antiderrapantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de tener a mi bebé en ese hospital. Muy buen equipamiento, lindas instalaciones pero tienen una administración pésima, cero comunicación entre las áreas del hospital , estacionamiento super confuso, uno debe resolverles la vida a todos ahí, mi esposo tenía que ir personalmente a cada modulo porque entre la gente que trabaja ahí, no sabían los protocolos o manejos del hospital. Siempre muy amables, si, pero lo único que salve del hospital fue a mi ginecólogo, mi pediatra (ambos yo ya los conocia) y los respectivos colegas que estuvieron en la cesárea, ellos una chulada!!! El hospital, deja mucho que desear... Muy mal angeles!
El tamiz lo tuvieron que sacar 2 veces, no se sabe que sucedió con la primer muestra. Y tardaron años en entregan los resultados, daban largas y largas para la entrega ??
En verdad son un desastre ...Muy mal Ángeles!!!!

Very good equipment, nice facilities but they have a lousy administration, zero communication between the hospital areas, super confusing parking, one has to solve everyone's life there, my husband had to go personally to each module because among the people who work there, they did not know the protocols or procedures of the hospital. Always very friendly, yes, but the only thing I saved from the hospital was my gynecologist, my pediatrician (both of whom I already knew) and the respective colleagues who were in the cesarean section, they were cool!!! The hospital leaves a lot to be desired... Too bad angels!
The sieve had to be removed twice, it is not known what happened to the first sample. And it took years to deliver the results, they gave long and long for the delivery ??
They really are a disaster ... Very bad Angels !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La estancia fue buena, pero tiene ciertos detalles que no son agradables.
1- Si no tienen sistema no pueden cargar nada porque dicen las enfermeras que no les traen el equipo.
2- deberían tenes elevadores para pacientes porque la gente se sube y se molesta por los bajan del elevador.
3- el camillero y la enfermera se iban peleando a palabras como si yo no estuviera ahí.
4-No usan gel al entrar a la habitación
5- No se que sistema manejan porque todos traen ipads para todos lados y me querían cobrar algo que no estaba escrito por mi medico pero que al de guardia se le olvidó anotarlo.
6- sus instalaciones son deprimentes.... Todo gris
7- no tienen suficiente espacio para personas con discapacidad motora, sus baños ni están bien hechos...
Las puertas no embonan para ponerle el seguro....
De quienes recibí muy buena atención fue del servicio de apoyo respiratorio fueron muy atentos y amables, me explican todo lo que hacen, hasta lo que les firme me explicaron...
Deberían de hacer un buzón de quejas y de felicitaciones..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia de mis papás en Hospital Angeles Universidad no fue la más agradable le falta mucha empatía y sobre todo mucha capacitación en atención al paciente geriátrico.
Pésimo el servicio de enfermería de piso, médicos de guardia, admisión de urgencias y recepción, les falta más empatía , mejor carácter, les falta implementar muchos valores de los que cuentan otros Ángeles.
Hacemos resaltar que hay personal que sabe manejar y tratar con el paciente geriátrico Dr. Oscar Augusto, Omar del área de urgencias, Erika de atención al paciente, Elvira de servicio de limpieza, es muy contado el personal que fue atento, amable, que aplica los derechos de los pacientes y sobre todo muy pacientes para explicar una y otra vez todos lo que se realiza a mi paciente.
Siguiero que todo el personal sea capacitado en diversas áreas para que el paciente se sienta cómodo y a gusto con el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el hospital más nuevo en CDMX de la cadena Ángeles y es elegante, majestuoso, moderno, con personal súper joven amables, eficientes y alegres; a diferencia de lo burocrático que es el personal de las otras sedes, ahí todo es ágil y profesional.
En verdad que uno pierde noción de que está en un hospital, pareciera que está en un hotel de lujo.
Dentro de la habitación hay un área para visitas con su propia pantalla para no molestar al paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se nota que es muy nuevo. Las instalaciones están bien, pero les faltan cosas, por ejemplo, algún tipo de señalamiento de que es un hospital más a nivel peatonal/banqueta, siquiera un "Hospital Ángeles" encima de su puerta principal.
Y hablando de peatonal, un mejor señalamiento de donde está la rampa para sillas de ruedas, y estaría bien que hubieran puesto escaleras, pareciera que esperan que avienten a las personas en coches en la entrada, está muy escondida la entrada peatonal.
Adentro también faltan letreros, como de qué lado se encuentran qué números de consultorios y a qué consultorio corresponde cada recepción.
