En especial las enfermeras y equipo médico. Todo muy aseado y limpio, nutrición, cafetería, etc. Excellent service, I had to undergo emergency surgery and the service was extraordinary. Está súper mal eso ya que llega gente grande que batalla al bajar las escaleras y éstas son de un tamaño muy chico las cuales no cumplen con la NOM. Tengan cuidado. Parking elevator not working. Pido los resultados el jueves les digo que pasaré el viernes por la mañana , y no los tienen todavía. Esos resultados los preparan en una hora. Pésimo servicio administrativo. Lástima que tengan venas Hoteleras por que no les ha servido para nada. Es una pena que abusen cobrando estacionamiento hasta al paciente que te esta pagando sus servicios y la noche de estancia. Encima firmas pagares en blanco y eso es contra la ley. SI TIENES UNA URGENCIA O NECESIDAD MEDICA NO VENGAS A ESTE HOSPITAL. J	Jade Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una cirugía por vesícula , el doctor me pidió llegar 2 horas antes de la cirugía llegue 6:30 y mi cirugía era 8:30 en el cual se me mencionó me realizarían los estudios pre operatorios y se tardaron mucho en admisión en pasarnos solo había una sola persona atendiendo y hasta las 7:30 am llego otra persona , nos pasan y se tardaron 30 min en Hacer el registro y firmar papelería y se hizo tarde para la cirugía y ya todos a las carreras me pasaron como q las 8:15 am y NO ME REALIZARON LOS ESTUDIOS , y hasta la anestesia me la suministraron de prisa q me causo un dolor y ardor en mi brazo hasta la cabeza. Tuvimos problemas en el pago del estacionamiento y en el área de nutrición , no podían vendernos más de un platillo para el familiar que acompaña en la habitación . Entre otros detalles .
