Without a doubt the best Hospital in Acapulco! Medical care is excellent!

Terrible experience! My grandmother arrived very seriously at the hospital and in just one day they charged us more than 100,000 pesos just for medicines. We came by ambulance to Mexico City to a good hospital and the first thing they told us was that none of the studies that practiced in the Acqua hospital (formerly the Del Prado hospital) corresponded with his heart disease or the conditions he presented and that the diagnoses they made had neither head nor tail. At the Acqua hospital they are profiting from the lives of human beings. Do not risk your lives or those of your family members there.

Excellent service and human warmth from the doctors and nurses.

I went to the office area. That from my point of view it has few seats for the demand it has and only one air conditioning for the entire room, which is insufficient. And on the other hand, the hospital is relatively new and its elevators do not work, being obviously very necessary in this type of place. The service is not bad but considering these points I think there are other places with better services.

A good hospital to charge and good for NOTHING ... Do you want to die and you don't know how? Go into there, its staff is only a medicine dealer. No real doctors, no ETHICS, no humanity, no nothing. They are so dishonest and let's say "distracted" that they themselves say they are not the best hospital, but yes, they charge as one. My brother died last August, we took him out of there and it took less than a day, his stay in another hospital in Mexico City, to find out that my brother required hemodialysis for several days, among other things. I emphasize that in this hospitalucho, with luxury hotel facilities but passing motel services, they always handled us that their organs were fine. They NEVER, NEVER did studies to monitor their performance, even we demanding them. They treat you as if they were experts who even look bad demanding what IS SUPPOSED TO ALREADY KNOW and they simply do not do it, they retain you as much as they can to get rates above 100 thousand pesos PER DAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING! If you are going to spend, do it in a good hospital, because there they will surely be left without a patient and without money and with the feeling of having been scammed, and believe me, they will not be wrong.

Terrible, we went to this Hospital for emergencies and the specialist never came, my family member was fasted for more than 8 hours, weakening him and the internist Josué Luis Medina Estrada never arrived. If they really value the lives of their relatives, DO NOT TAKE IT IT IS DAMAGING !!! The worst I could find in Acapulco.
