I recently had a couple of surgeries in this hospital and for my experience everything was as per the protocol, they are attentive, they attend quickly (obviously it depends on the situation) and at all times I was given the necessary attention, the insurance section in The hospital attends very well, what usually takes is the insurance itself. Bad service, I made an appointment for a review, I arrived on the dot and they left me waiting for more than an hour, I asked the admission girls what was going on? and they only say that the doctor was busy, when what really happened is that they never told him that I was already waiting and the doctor took care of other patients who had appointments after me.
